Although designed with budget in mind, our AE coaxial systems offer the renowned AXTON quality in terms of workmanship and sound. This 3-way coax systems are equipped with sturdy metal basket and fits - not least because of the reasonably dimensioned strontium ferrite magnets of the lowrange driver - into the original installation openings of most vehicles.
The woofers features a lightweight, low-resonance injection-moulded polypropylene cone, which offer shigh rigidity as well as high internal damping and stands for precise reproduction across the entire frequency range. Added to this is the lightweight foam surround, which makes the impulse response even faster and increases the mass to be moved even less than is usual with other materials. Our triaxial is equipped with a very compact 13 mm neodymium tweeter and a 50 mm neodymium midrange with mylar domes, which guarantees a lively, differentiated high-frequency reproduction.
