Axton ATS-BSUB2

The underseat base ATS-BSUB2 is a perfect complement to the BMW compatible AXTON speaker systems to create an underseat subwoofer in Retrofit BMW or replace a factory system.
The powerful pair of subwoofers are suitable for installation under the seats, fit perfectly in the original installation spaces and can be easily connected to the original connectors thanks to the Plug & Play connection terminal.
The 20 cm woofer of the ATS-BSUB2 is equipped with a reinforced version of the new AXTON CRYSTAX diaphragm. It consists of a very harmonic sounding, highly damping paper cone with a coating of extremely hard quartz crystals. With their enormously high step response, these crystals ensure the desired precision in the sound image.

The entire moving unit - diaphragm with rubber suspension, Nomex spindle and 2" voice coil (2ohm) - is securely held in the newly constructed composite basket in the distinctive AXTON design. Together with the metal support, the basket offers excellent stability and almost unobstructed sound radiation. The powerful neodymium magnet gives it the necessary power and a defined, impressively powerful bass with plenty of depth.
