The Class-D amplifier circuitry, in conjunction with the massive aluminum heat sink, ensures enormous power: The EA-M1 delivers a powerful 1 x 600 W RMS into 4 ohms and 1 x 1500 W RMS into 1 ohm - but deliberately as a full-range amplifier, so that high-power dual-mono concepts for power-hungry compo systems are also feasible.
