Axton ATS-B101X

All components and connectors fit perfectly and the sound is specially optimized for the vehicle's acoustics.

The centerpiece of the ATS-B100X 2-way coaxial system is the 10 cm midrange/bass, equipped with the new, specially manufactured CRYSTAX diaphragm. It consists of a very harmonic-sounding, high-damping paper diaphragm with a coating of extremely hard quartz crystals. With their extremely high response time, these crystals ensure the desired precision in the sound image. The powerful neodymium magnet provides the necessary force and supports the defined, clear sound.

The total moving part - rubber edged diaphragm, Nomex centering spindle and 1" inch coil - is held securely in the newly constructed composite basket in the distinctive AXTON design. The basket offers excellent stability while giving the rear sound enough room to develop and reduce reflections .

Equipped with a precise-sounding 19 mm aluminum diaphragm, tensioned in a light damping fabric pocket, the tweeter in the ATS-B100X delivers precise musical details with a very pleasant sound image. The special Dome geology ensures that the tweeter in the different installation positions in the different vehicles gives the best performance. So you experience an even treble level and fantastic room depth at every seat.

To complement the coaxial system, there are two suitable vehicle-specific 8" / 20 cm underseat basses from AXTON - ATS-BSUB2 (2 Ohm) and ATS-BSUB4 (4 Ohm) - for a defined, impressively strong bass.
