Excursion HXA 2K is a powerful monoblock amplifier with an output of 1200W RMS. It is the new version of HXA2K and comes with some updated features to enhance the user experience.
The amplifier is designed with a Class D amplifier class, providing high efficiency and minimal heat production.
It delivers 1200W RMS power at 1 ohm, 800W RMS power at 2 ohms, and 400W RMS power at 4 ohms. This makes it ideal for driving 1-4 moderately powered subwoofers, providing a powerful bass reproduction.
HXA 2K has several built-in filter options, including high-pass filter, bandpass filter, and low-pass filter. These filters help adjust the sound and optimize bass reproduction to suit your preferences and speaker system requirements.
It also features a subsonic filter that helps eliminate unwanted low frequencies and protects your speakers from damage.
To provide extra flexibility, the amplifier has a bass boost function that allows you to increase the bass level to customize the sound according to your preferences.
A convenient bass remote/control is included, offering you comfortable control over the bass level directly from the driver's seat.
HXA 2K has an auto-start function on the high-level input, meaning it automatically activates when it detects an audio signal from the high-level input. This simplifies and streamlines the installation process.
The amplifier operates with a voltage range of 11-16V and recommends a power and ground cable of 35mm2 for optimal performance.
